Cleaning & Overhaul
- Remove and disassemble the movement
- Examine and clean mainsprings—replace or recoil
- Parts placed in ultrasonic cleaning machine
- Check and replace bushings and other parts as necessary
- Assemble movement and lubricate
Most wall and mantel clocks require much more in-depth examination. Our professional Horologist work in a controlled environment to accomplish this.
Testing
All repaired clocks are regulated for timekeeping and vigorously tested prior to returning. Testing is typically completed in 1 to 2 weeks following reassembly. Most repairs are completed within 3 to 5 weeks.

If you are transporting your clock, please secure or remove the pendulum and carefully wrap the clock with bubble wrap or similar. We prefer that you refrain from shipping your clock to prevent damage.
We also service wall clocks, cuckoo clocks, 400-day clocks, mantel clocks, ship’s bell Clocks, grandfather clocks, carriage clocks, and more.
We only service clocks; we do not sell clock parts.
